  • Cancellations: Eligible only if your order has not yet entered our fulfillment cycle (typically within 2–4 hours).

  • Modifications: Changes to items or shipping details are possible only before your order has been packed and labeled.

  • Post-Shipment: Once a tracking number is generated, your order is officially in transit. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for further assistance once your package arrives.

  • The Inspection Phase: Within 1–2 hours of your order, our team performs a meticulous quality check on your selected items before securing them in protective packaging.

  • The Shipping Phase: Once a shipping label is generated, the order is finalized and can no longer be intercepted or modified.

2. How to Request a Modification

If you need to make a change, we invite you to act immediately to ensure our team can intercept your order in time:

  2. Provide Order Details: Please include your Order Number and a clear description of the requested change (e.g., updating a shipping address or requesting a different size/color).

  3. Use the Priority Subject Line: To ensure your request is prioritized, please use the subject line: "URGENT: Order Change [Order Number]".

3. Guiding Principles for Changes

  • Exchanges: If the desired style or color is in stock and your order has not yet been boxed, we will be delighted to adjust your selection.

  • Shipping Address Updates: We are happy to update your destination if the package is still within our facility. Please note that if a package has already left our warehouse, any carrier redirection fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Adding Items: For your security, we are unable to add items to an existing order once payment has been processed. If you wish to acquire additional pieces, we kindly ask that you place a new, separate order.
