1. Return Eligibility

To ensure a smooth return experience, we kindly ask that items meet these criteria:

  • Pristine Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of any marks or scratches, and absent of any external odors (such as perfume or smoke).

  • Original Presentation: Items should be returned in their original packaging, ensuring they are properly protected for their journey back to us.

  • Exclusions: Please note that items marked as "Final Sale" or those that have been customized are not eligible for return, unless they arrive with a manufacturing defect.

2. The Return Journey

We have streamlined our process to be as straightforward as possible:

  • Step 1: Request Authorization: Email us at support@nextstreetstyle.shop with your Order Number and the reason for your return. Our team will provide your Return Authorization (RA) number within 24–48 hours.

  • Step 2: Pack with Care: Secure your items in their original packaging. Please clearly note your RA number on the exterior of the package.

  • Step 3: Dispatch: Ship your package back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

3. Shipping Considerations

  • Change of Mind: For returns due to personal preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We do not deduct additional fees; you receive the full purchase price back.

  • Quality Assurance: Should your item arrive with a manufacturing defect or if you received an incorrect item, we will provide a prepaid shipping label at no expense to you.

4. Refunds & Processing

Once your return reaches our facility, our quality control team will inspect the item within 3–5 business days. Upon approval, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method (PayPal, Venmo, or Credit Card) within 7–10 business days.

5. A Note on Exchanges

To ensure you receive your preferred item as quickly as possible, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you decide on a different color or style, we recommend returning your original item for a refund and placing a new order. This is the most efficient way to secure your new favorite look.
